Membership contributions including the political levy, if appropriate, can be paid in a variety of ways including 'check-off' and Direct Debits. Your region and branch structure can also be reflected within our groups module. Welfare payments and other disbursements such as death benefit can be recorded. All touch points with your members are recorded giving a full 360 degree view of their involvement with your organisation.

Membership

The management of membership subscriptions is core to SubscriberCRM and has been developed to integrate with a 'check off' payment method as well as all of the standard payment types. Current, lapsed and prospective members are easily identified for ballots and campaigns.

Training & Events

Training courses and other events can be managed using SubscriberCRM. The flexible event management system ensures your events run according to plan identifying not only the delegate but also the costs, resources and facilitators.ith this module integrated into SubscriberCRM a members' training and event registration is accessible from the main contact screen.

Payment Collection

SubscriberCRM will accept payments made by all sources including Direct Debit and, specifically for trade unions, payments from employers through our 'check-off' process. The whole cycle of dues creation, payment recording and unpaid dues chasing is robust and comprehensive.If required, integration with some accounting systems is also available.

Call Management

SubscriberCRM's Call Management module empowers staff to record and track enquiries, record communications and generally improve the service performance offered to your members. Enquiries can then be escalated to Advice and Representation where further member support is required.

Branches & Groups

The branch structure is an important democratic unit within the Trade Union movement and SubscriberCRM recognises this by providing a rich structure in which to record region, branch and sector affiliation of members. Officers within the branches are recorded and can be targeted with communications. We also recognise the need to draw reports from the branch information and many of these are provided within SubscriberCRM.

Access & Security

With SubscriberCRM's security options, you have full control over each user's access and the functions they have available to them. Easily manage this with user-defined Roles or, for ultimate control, tailor permissions for individual Users.
