Manage Duplicate Contacts
Updated the Manage Duplicate Contacts screen to say Manage Duplicate Contacts instead of Manage Duplicate Records.
Lapse Contacts (Who have been lapsed)
'Join Date', 'Left Date', 'Why Left' fields have been added to the Lapse Contacts (Who have been lapsed) screen.
It is now possible to view the email that got sent out from MailChimp from the communication.
Web Sync - Modifications
The Contacts Membership Class, Membership Status, Contact Type and Contact Status is now displayed on the Web Sync - Modifications screen.

Web Sync - Modifications
Profile changes were not showing in the Audit Trail as 'Web Sync'. This has been resolved.
Web Sync - New Contacts
If a new contact had more than one address, the additional information about the address was not being set correctly on these extra addresses. This has been resolved.
Contacts - Search
Fixed a tab order issue with the criteria on the Contacts Search tab.
It is now possible to drag and drop the 'Selection Criteria' to different positions.
An error would occur when doing a mail merge if the Microsoft Word file had previously been saved in 'Reading Mode'. This has been resolved by making sure the file is not opened in 'Reading Mode'.
Contacts Import Wizard
National Insurance Number is now a field that can be imported within the Import Contacts Wizard.
Fundraising - Donations Received
Within the Fundraising - Donations Received screen, the 'Payment Amount' was being used to calculate the 'Gift Aid Claim Amount', whereas it should have been the 'Gift Aid Amount'. This has been resolved.
Fields have been added to the Contact Rules to check if the Contract Type, Department, Employer, Position and Workplace of the contacts primary employment details should be filled in or blank. These rules are not applied if the contact doesn't have an employment details record.
Import Contacts Wizard
When importing contacts, data source values 'y' and 'n' are now also interpreted when setting a Boolean field.
Welfare Grant Applications
There was an issue where if only the 'Requested Amount' was modified on a Welfare Grant Application and nothing else, then this change was not being saved. This has been resolved.
When adding or modifying an employment details record, the contacts Organisation name would be changed to the Employers Name and Organisation when it should just be the Organisation. This has been resolved.
In some situations partial credits can be used within TextLocal. SubscriberCRM was only recognising whole number credits which could occasionally cause an issue. This has been resolved.
After the SMS messages have been sent, the recipient count wasn't being refreshed. This has been resolved.
Supporting Document Upload
The facility for documents to be uploaded to SubscriberCRM when a new contact is imported from the SubscriberCRM Portal, has been added.
Reports - Event Delegates
It is now possible to filter on Event Short Description from the Event Delegate Reports area.
Email Merge Attachments
It is now possible to add merge attachments to an email which can include personalised information. These attachments can be either PDF's or Microsoft Excel files.
The password restriction of the maximum number of characters has been removed.
Already Generated Demands
Subscription End Date, Last Due Date, Next Due Date, Next Demand Date and Expiration Date fields have been added to the Already Generated Demands screen.
Sales - Products
Fields for Code and Reference have been added to a product within the Sales screen.
It is now possible to drag files that you would like to attach to an email, onto the attachments area.
Mail Merging Payments
Merge fields have been added to the merge data for the total amount of the payments.
When sending a test email, the subject will automatically be prefixed with 'TEST: '.
Reports - Contacts
When importing Contact Ids from a CSV file within the Reports - Contacts screen, any blank rows within the import file are ignored rather than displaying a message and not importing them.
SQL Database Connection Settings
It is now possible to specify if you would like to encrypt the connection between the client and the server. In order for this to work, there must be an SSL certificate installed on the SQL Server or you must use an Azure SQL Database. If you are already using an Azure SQL Database, please ensure that you tick this field. It can be set by going to 'Edit > Settings > Database Connection'.
Projects Activity and Work Carried Out
It is now possible to reset the Date, Skill, Time Worked, and Policy Area of all the Work Carried Out on a Project Activity. This can be done by going to a Project Activity, clicking on 'Other Options' on the toolbar and then selecting the appropriate option.
There are now security settings that will allow the Notes Tab, Profile Notes, Special Requirements, and Diversity and Sensitive Information, to be hidden on the Contacts Screen. Diversity and Sensitive Information includes Gender, Ethnicity, DOB and National Insurance Number.
Import & Export Settings
There are now import and export settings so that you are able to define a date format and a value for Boolean fields. Different settings can be specified for general exports, i.e. exporting grids and for merging. It is also possible to specify a character set, when importing files.
Changes to the membership class and membership status were being entered into the audit trail as 'Class' and 'Status'. These have been updated to 'Membership Class' and 'Membership Status' respectively. Also changes to the subscription status and payment method, were being added to the audit trail as their numeric values rather than there friendly values. This has been resolved.
When an event is double clicked on the contacts screen the event was loaded up. Now the user will be taken directly to their booking or delegate record within the Events screen.
The Enquiry Types are now displayed in the search results on the Enquiries screen.
The volunteers skills are now available when mail merging, emailing and sending SMS messages to volunteers.
There was an issue with the address purpose check process. This has now been resolved.
It is now possible to specify a skill as being 'Available'. This will automatically be ticked. If it is not ticked, the skill will not be available in the list of skills on the project activity, when associating a skill to a volunteer or when selecting a skill on the 'work carried out'.
It is now possible to remove a skill from a volunteer even if it is in use on a 'work carried out'.
