Organisation Wide Solution

SubscriberCRM is an organisation wide solution encompassing all departments' contacts. This information can be shared across the whole organisation providing a full profile of a contact's interactions with you; enabling you to maximise their impact on your organisation.

SubscriberCRM is currently being used for Membership Management, Fundraising, Events, Volunteering, Advice and Representation, Finance, Enquiries, Sales and Central Administration.

Security

Access control is paramount where potentially sensitive information such as bank details are being stored. A user can only log in to SubscriberCRM with a valid user name & password combination.

SubscriberCRM's security model goes even further – user credentials also define which modules an individual user can access and also, for those they have access to, what they can do i.e. create new records, modify existing records, report and export etc.

3rd Party Integration

SubscriberCRM is designed to allow seamless integration with Microsoft Office, so that producing letters, labels and Excel spreadsheets is very straightforward indeed. Other integration options include address lookup, bank account validation, phone dialling and accounts packages.
