When creating a new diary appointment, the reminder will be set to 15 minutes by default.

When adding other items to the diary (e.g., communications), the reminder will be set by default. The reminder will be set to 15 minutes for communications and enquiries. The reminder will be set to 1 day for events, event resources, funds, volunteer projects, and volunteer project activities.
Microsoft Word Integration
A modification has been made to the Microsoft Word integration to address an issue that may occur if Microsoft Word takes longer than expected to respond.

Emailing Using a Microsoft 365 Email Account
When emailing using a Microsoft 365 email account it now supports a 'from' email address being different from the email address used for the authentication.
