.Net Framework 4.8 Prerequisite

When installing or updating SubscriberCRM, the .Net Framework 4.8 prerequisite may have shown that it needed installing even if it has already been installed. This has been resolved.

Currency Symbol

There were a couple of areas where the currency symbol was set to a pound sign. This has been modified to use the currency symbol set on the system.

Event Bookings

If an event booking had been cancelled and a new delegate was added, it would remain as cancelled. This has been resolved.

Recycle Bin

If the criteria fields within the Recycle Bin had an empty value, that value was automatically being selected when the Recycle Bin loads. This may have resulted in fewer items appearing in the Recycle Bin immediately. This has been resolved.

Web Sync - New Contacts

When a New Contact from the Web Sync screen is either imported or merged with an existing Contact, the Origin within the Audit Trail is set to Web Sync.

Contact Campaign Appointment Notes

The character limit of the Contact Campaign Appointment Notes field has been removed.

Already Generated Demands Screen

The Contact's main group and its parent Group are now shown in the Already Generated Demands screen.

SubscriberCRM Setup Wizard

Modified how the folder paths are automatically set on the SubscriberCRM Setup Wizard.

Contacts – Subscriptions

There was an issue where the green text within the subscriptions list view on the Contacts screen was being hidden. This has been resolved.

Event Statistics

The Total Net (Discounts) field on the Event Statistics tab was not taking into account the Quantity field on the sub event booking. This has been resolved.

Pay via Debit / Credit Card

When making a payment via Debit / Credit Card, it will now prompt to save the Contact (where appropriate).

Email Tracking with Mailgun

If you send emails from SubscriberCRM using Mailgun, the emails will be tagged enabling sending analytics to be seen within Mailgun. Email tracking needs to be enabled within the Mailgun account.

Process ADDACS Files

When processing the ADDACS files, SubscriberCRM will now cater for when the Membership Number or SO Reference is used as the Bacs reference.

Process ARUDD Files

When processing the ARUDD files, SubscriberCRM will now cater for when the Membership Number or SO Reference is used as the Bacs reference.

Duplicate Membership Number Check

When checking to see if the Membership Number is duplicated, it no longer takes into account Contacts who are in the recycle bin.

Duplicate External Reference Check

When checking to see if the External Reference is duplicated, it no longer takes into account Contacts who are in the recycle bin.

Web Sync > New Contacts

The 'Recruited' field is now displayed in the Web Sync > New Contacts grid.

Profile List Items

It is now possible to specify an order of the profile list items.

Contacts Search

Initials have been added to the Contacts Search grid.

Not Saved Reminder

If a change is made on a screen in SubscriberCRM and it isn't saved, when the user closes SubscriberCRM they will be prompted with a message to say that they have modifications that need to be saved.

Default Font When Emailing

It is now possible to set a default font when emailing. This can be set by going to 'Edit > Settings > User Interface'.

Event Venues

There is now an 'Is Active' flag on an Event Venue. A venue will automatically be flagged as active. Only active venues will appear in the 'Venues' dropdown on an event.

Contacts Email Marketing Details

Administrators are now able to modify the email address that SubscriberCRM has recorded that syncs with the email marketing provider. Please note that this should only be used when instructed to do so. If used incorrectly it could stop information from being synced.

Fundraising

The Fund Id is now displayed on the fundraising screen.

Events Screen
