Contacts can be organised into user-defined types to better illustrate who they are; for example Members, Donor etc. They can also be organised at the Member level with different classes and statuses. This high-level structure makes managing large numbers of contacts very straightforward.
Subscriber.NET allows unlimited user-defined Profiles to be created, giving you the ability to add custom fields to each contact's record. These may contain whatever you need and can be created very quickly with the Profile Creator. The data can then be integrated in Mail Merges or Reports, just like the standard fields.
Adding or removing subscriptions for a member takes only a couple of mouse clicks, and the subscriptions themselves can be added, removed or amended just as easily.
And when it comes to renewals, the Subscription Renewals process takes care of all the hard work; automatically updating the subscriptions and even creating BACS information.
