At Dataware, we are committed to providing the best service possible, which means more than just the product. That's why our Subscriber.NET Support is second to none.

If you should encounter problems or are in need of assistance, our friendly support team are trained Subscriber.NET users who also have excellent computing knowledge in general.

We don't believe in just diagnosing problems; we will always endeavour to help guide you (or the appropriate party) in doing so by phone, email or directly through Remote Desktop.

With Subscriber.NET, you'll never just be told an answer straight from a manual.

All Subscriber.NET users hold a support contract. Trained Subscriber.NET users can be given support over the telephone, by email and by remote access. This is normally directed through a system supervisor. If you are wanting support, initially contact your system supervisor, who will then contact us if they cannot help you.
