Subscriber.NET can also manage sales of any goods or publications you may produce and generate Invoices to match. Stock control and concessions can also be handled directly.

If your organisation produces publications such as journals or branded goods, then you can use the Sales module to keep track of stock, sales and invoices. The Sales module also deals with invoices created for non-sales items, such as event bookings.

A complete product list is maintained within the system. Each product can be given a standard price as well as a Concession price for Members, and different VAT rates can be applied if neccessary. Products are also categorised to allow easy searching/browsing.

Each order is linked to a contact and so creating orders is a straightforward process. Products can be added by simply double-clicking to add it to the order. Once complete, this is then recorded against the contact's record to show that money is owed.
